Guilt...

I have not uploaded anything in SO LONG!

I feel so guilty for never uploading anything up onto dA. The problem is I want to. I've just had a really big drawing block of late. Everytime I draw the standard is absolute crap. Well I suppose I think that as the last thing I uploaded was colour and really quite good. I dunno I think I'm gonna try pu tup some character concept sketches up here soon.

The character concepts I was thinking of doing was for my futuristic MMORPG street fighting plot. Yes it sounds great doesn't it? Either that or some sketches of the Kami plot Erastidea and I are making up.

I really wanna draw someone playing DDR/Stepmania sometime but I don't have references... As 1) I'm one of the only people I know who can do it at a highish level and 2) I can't even do it at the level I wanna draw from. I mean I don't REALLY need a reference I kinda get what it may look like, but I'm again afraid to due to my drawing block or whatever.

But OPTTOMISTIC THOUGHTS! I will get to drawing sometime soon.

I got a new plush recently X3 I got it from Tokyo underground in the city on saturday. It's a medium sized plush of cat Kyou lying flat looking annoyed. It's so cute! I hug him at night now =) I know that sounds childish but I doooo.

HELLO ALL ON DEVIANT ART!

I am now free from the restristions of High School FOREVER! it's something to celebrate! So watch out because the deviations will be going up right here!

Although not all my work is drawings. I love writing stories, i just never write the beginning or any short stories so it's kind of hard to put them up on dA. But I mean people upload comics, why can't I put up chapters from a story.

There is a story I'm getting into at the moment as I have alot of it already written was I story I started in year 10. It is very closely related to "The Little Mermaid" but I wish to remedy that in ways I will not reveal of yet =P

I also have a shoujo/shounen story going which I've called "Super!" for now. It's based on the idea that a super hero could fall in love with a super villain. It's very fun and will learn to draw comics eventually *determination*.

Everything else i do in conjunction with Erastide (see her deviantions they're good!).

I love using traditional media like pencil, fine liners and Faber Castell colour brush pens (quite like texters actually). I also love ink, ink and cartridge paper is very nice. But I also really want to get better at computer colouring as I have a Wacom Tablet but don't use it very often as I'm a Photoshop NOOB!!

I love corny and sappy stories so all of you out there BE WARNED! I can't help but turn a scene mushy! But I also like the morbid and over dramatic back stories and lives of the characters too.

Well, I'll write in this again later if I feel I have something else to say about my life! Love you all!

  • Operating System: Windows XP, Home Edition. I use Adobe Photoshop CS only sometimes, like the traditional media
  • MP3 player of choice: 4GB Sony Walkman. Don't know what edition really... Haven't much experience with MP3s
  • Shell of choice: The snail shell looking ones, only not snail ones... And pointy!!
  • Wallpaper of choice: Something funny or dramatic. I like to paste posters and pictures all over the walls
  • Skin of choice: Something with font I can reeaad!!
  • Favourite game: So far I think it would have to be Guild Wars. Getting into Pokemon Gameboy games now =P
  • Favourite gaming platform: Once you've experienced the Wii, you can't say you want anything else @_@
  • Favourite cartoon character: Jack Skellington, Felix the Cat, Sponge Bob, Animaniacs, Pokemon!! =D

Yeah I'm at curtin in a design course, it's pretty good, i'm on break now but I have lots of homework I have to do! eurk and I'm doing a portrait at the moment for my dad's friend!

Jack all unfortunately, My aim to is keep drawing and writing and whatever else as that's the only thing that keeps me going nowadays.

My life is confusing atm it's no good, but I'll get over it. Still trying to find a job unfortunately. I'm thinking of going into a screen writing course next year as I'm told I'd be good at it =) But I'd personally also like to be a comic artist as making stories is one of my favourite hobbies!

Lots of homework ay? No fun, you never escape the homework >_< Enjoy doing that portrait! you're painting were always good =)

lol dw I think we all go through that stage wiv DA. I still check for updates every day but that's only cuz I hate having to go thru loads of them at one time (which tends to happen if u don't check regularly)

I'm pretty good too :) hey your one of the ppls planning that party on the 13th? cud u explain the details for me? the address doesn't really..tell me much about wats gonna happen ;P
